什麼是瑜伽均衡飲食?



瑜伽飲食均衡不光是身體、生活的需要,同樣在精神和心理都要,保持均衡的飲食習慣前提是均衡的攝入人體真正需要的營養成分,在吃上一定要遵循瑜伽均衡飲食原則,應做到葷素搭配、營養均衡。

以下是印度教練manu對瑜伽飲食均衡的持有觀點.


Mitahara ( Balanced diet )瑜伽均衡飲食


Diet is playing a vital and so important role in yogi』s life. In yoga books they write clearly this that without balance diet yoga practice can』t be successful.


The word meaning of "Mitahara" is mit means controlled or balanced., ahara means diet. So mitahara means balanced diet.

飲食在瑜伽修行者的生活中扮演著有極為重要的角色。在瑜伽典籍中清楚地寫明,沒有均衡的飲食,練習者無法取得成功。


"mit"意為控制或平衡,"ahara"意為飲食,因此"Mitahara"的字面意思即為均衡飲食。



什麼是瑜伽均衡飲食?



Food plays prominent place in yoga practice. An yogi should be very careful in the selection of articles of satvic (positive) nature especially in the beginning of his practice period. Purity of the food leads to purity of mind. Satvic food helps meditation. The discipline of food is very very necessary for yoga practice. If the tongue is controlled , all the other senses are controlled.

食物在瑜伽練習中起到顯著的作用。在習練的最初階段,瑜伽修行者必須十分謹慎地選擇純凈的(悅性)食物。只有純凈的食物才可能凈化思想。悅性食物有助於冥想。飲食的戒律在瑜伽練習中是不容忽視的。如果你可以控制自己的舌頭,那麼其它的感官也將得以控制。


In the Indian yogic scriptures they mentioned some articles which is good or which is not good for a yogi.


在瑜伽典籍中分別列舉了對修行者有益和無益的一些食物。



什麼是瑜伽均衡飲食?


Satvic food articles --- The satvic food articles are milk,barley,wheat,cream,cheese,butter,greendal,almonds,sugar,raisins,bottle gourd,plantain stem,parwal,ladyfinger,pomegranates,sweet oranges, grapes,apples,banana,mangoes,dates,honey,dried ginger,black pepper etc. are the satvic food articles prescribed for the yogi.


悅性食物包括牛奶,大麥,小麥,奶油,乳酪,黃油,綠豆,杏仁,糖,葡萄乾,葫蘆瓜,車前草根莖,羊角豆,石榴,甜橙,葡萄,蘋果,香蕉,芒果,棗,蜂蜜,乾薑,黑胡椒等。


Forbidden articles of food


---sour,hot,pungent,bitter, salty,mustard,chillies,onion,alcoholic liquors,acidic things,stale food,overripe or unriped food and fruits and other articles that disagree with your system should be avoided.

禁忌食物:過酸,過辣,過苦和刺激性強的食物,過鹹的菜肴,含芥末的,辣椒,洋蔥,酒精飲料,酸性食物,不新鮮的,未成熟和過分成熟的食品菜肴和水果,以及其它與個人體征不符的食物均應避免食用。



什麼是瑜伽均衡飲食?



I give you just a list of satvic food. It does not means that you should take all. You will have to select a few things that are easily available and suitable to you. Milk is the best food for yoga practitioner. But even a small quantity of milk is harmful for some and many not agree with all constipation. In the matter of food and drinks you should be a master. You should not have the least craving or sense hankering for any particular food. You must not become a slave to any particular food.


儘管我列舉了悅性食物,但並不代表練習者需要食用全部品種。大家應當選擇容易接受且適合自己的食物。舉個例子,牛奶對瑜伽修行者非常有益,但是幾小口牛奶就可能使那些不宜飲用的人產生便秘。因此,在飲食方面,人們必須了解自己的身體特徵。不要被對某種食物的渴望而左右,不要被食物奴役。



什麼是瑜伽均衡飲食?



What does actually mitahara mean? First, we need to know that heavy food only lead to tamsic (negative) state such as lazy and sleepy feelings. Second, there is a misconcept that a large quantity of food is good and necessary for health and strength. Much depends upon the power of assimilation and absorption. Generally in the vast majority of cases , most of the food passes away undigested.


究竟什麼是均衡飲食?首先要清楚,油膩的食物會把你帶到消極的狀態,令人怠倦,昏昏欲睡。再者,要拋除一個錯誤的認識,「吃得多就好,就會令身體變得強壯健康。」 其實,起關鍵作用的是消化和吸收環節,而不是食物攝入量。大部分情況下,過量的食物都從消化道排出體外了。


According to yoga take half stomach full of wholesome food, fill a quarter part with pure water and leave the rest part free for air. This is Mitahara. Mitahara plays a vital part in keeping up perfect health. Almost all diseases are due to wrong food selection and habits. So if we adopt mitahara then we will live healthy.


瑜伽提倡進食(健康食物)胃納的1/2,飲純凈水胃納的1/4,剩餘1/4空間以便胃腸蠕動消化。這就是均衡飲食。瑜伽飲食在健康生活中起到至關重要的作用。幾乎大部分的疾病是由錯誤的進食或不良的飲食習慣導致,如果採用均衡飲食規律,必將利於健康長久。


So for your better health try to adopt mitahara and enjoy a yogic life and have a peace.
